Hi there! This is my third year with the newspaper and I handle the design and maintenance of our website. I love learning new things, especially if it involves traveling. Some of my favorite things to do involve visiting museums like the Field Museum or the Art Institute of Chicago, practicing piano, reading, trying new foods, and getting to know more about the people around me. I think that as students, pursuing knowledge, speaking your mind, and making informed, logical, thoughtful decisions are so important as we continue to expand our horizons and gain greater perspective about who we are in relation to the world around us. The Golden Blue is a great platform for students to be able to practice their writing skills as well as develop confidence in themselves and in their opinions.
