Hello to everyone reading this!

My name is Hailey Szadowski, and I am a contributor to The Golden Blue. Outside of The Golden Blue, I am the PR manager for Art Club, secretary of Rotary Club, a member of Senior Class Board, and probably part of more than I can remember. I joined SP junior year and am currently a senior, so unfortunately, this is the last year I will be working on our beloved publication. :(

Here are some random facts about me:

I have a special place in my heart for cute things. I have a collection of cute plushies, school supplies, clothes, pretty much anything that can be considered ‘cute.’

I love spicy food. Spicy food does not necessarily love me back.

I am biracial; my mom is from India, and my dad is Polish (hence my last name). I’ve been to India twice, once in 2010 and once in 2015.

As for my interests outside of school, I like to sleep, eat, and draw. Art, especially digital, is one of my top passions.

In the future, I want to pursue a STEM-related degree in college and eventually become either a doctor, chemist or engineer.

I like to consider myself a somewhat humorous person and love to joke around. Especially when it makes others smile or laugh. You most likely know me from Meme of the Month in past issues. I love memes. Anyways, now that Scratch Paper is a online-based publication, I’ll be able to update you all on memes weekly!
