Giancarlo Milan’s “Panglow”, which means loneliness in Tagalog, beautifully represents the state of being alone. The depth and detail given to the natural elements of the piece was intentional, with Giancarlo wanting to make “the viewer question if there’s anything else out there,” or is it just the girl sitting on the bench. Giancarlo used intricate watercolor techniques and markers to create this piece.
