Are you looking for a way to get in shape for track, condition for another spring sport, or just run for fun? If so, then Polar bear running club is the perfect solution for you. Polar bear running club is a low-commitment winter running club for any athlete who would like to get some running in over the winter. The club has already started, but it is never too late to join! It will continue until January 16th, excluding winter break. We meet at 3:30 pm by the O’Plaine pool entrance, Monday-Thursday. No sign-up is needed and everyone is welcome! There are running plans for all levels of runners. Practices will consist of short runs, workouts, mobility drills and more. In addition, practices may also include fun winter activities.
