What’s Returning
As always, Starbucks leans heavily into cozy, spicy flavors when fall rolls around. Several fan favorites are back this year.
Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) — Available hot, iced, or blended. It remains the marquee fall drink.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew — Cold brew sweetened with vanilla, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a sprinkling of pumpkin spice.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai — A chai latte version with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice.
Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte — Nutty and rich, another returning favorite among the dairy-free / plant-based options.
Pumpkin-themed bakery & snack items are also back, like the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and the whimsical Raccoon Cake Pop.
What’s New
Starbucks always uses the fall rollout to try out new flavors or reimagine old ones. This year sees a few fresh additions.
Pecan Oatmilk Cortado — A new espresso-forward drink: three ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, steamed oatmilk, pecan syrup with notes of brown butter and holiday baking spice, topped with pecan crunch.
Italian Sausage Egg Bites — A savory, sous-vide bite featuring crumbled Italian sausage, sun‑dried tomato pesto, basil, and Monterey Jack cheese. Good if you want something more than sweet.
For the Starbucks Reserve / Roastery locations (Chicago, NYC, Seattle, etc.), there are extra premium or exclusive offerings:
A Pumpkin Spice Duo Flight (Iced Pumpkin Spice Masala Chai Latte + Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew) topped with pumpkin pie spice cold foam.
