The hit 2023 Netflix series XO, Kitty is returning this year for season 3 with a familiar face. The teen drama is based on Kitty Song Covey, the younger sister of iconic Lara Jean in, “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.” The upcoming season is expected to follow Kitty and the adventures of her senior year at KISS, her boarding school in Seoul, Korea. She has many hopes for this year, including embracing her Korean culture, having fun with friends, and, most of all, figuring out if her crush sees her as more than ‘just a friend.” But when the start of senior year is not going as planned, Kitty calls her sister Lara Jean for advice. Like the caring sister she is, Lara Jean flies to Seoul to help Kitty.

After a 5-year break from the big screen, Lana Condor (Lara Jean) is very excited to be back in what feels like her home. She stated in a recent interview with Netflix’s Tundrum, which is the official fan club site, that “It is a dream to be able to work with her again. I feel excited and happy, and honored that I get to be back.” Fans are just as excited to see her on screen again.

Another big speculation about the upcoming season is whether or not the iconic Peter Kavinsky will be returning for the 3rd season. He made a cameo in season 2, and fans are hoping that since Lara Jean is back, her love interest will find his way back into the story.
