This past spring break, our Warren on Tour group took a trip to the Mediterranean coast. Warren on tour, led by Tim Vanlaningham, is our school group that takes students around the world to learn about and explore the world. During the tour, the group was led by tour director Slim, who led the group through Milan on day one before taking them to their first stop in Italy. In Italy, the group was able to see three regions in the Cinque Terre: Monterosso, Vernazza, and Montarola. Where they were able to get lemon slush, pizza, and focaccia. Next, they took a quick pit stop in Monte Carlo. Here, they were able to see pieces of the race track and the Prince’s castle. Then they were off to Nice, France. Able to get lots of tiramisu, they took a trip to Nice’s shopping district. In Nice, they saw the old town and went to the Côte d’Azur (the beaches). Now, four days into their trip, they went off to Barcelona. Here, paella was on the menu along with lots of other good seafood. The group toured the town and got a tour around Gaudí’s most famous designs, including Sagrada Familia. This was their last stop on their tour, and then they headed back to the plane to get home. Dealing with delays, Warren on tour, arrived back home on the last day of spring break, having fully experienced pieces of the world. For spring break 2027, Warren on tour will be headed to Peru.
